At MAIA the thirty private villas are positioned for maximum views and maximum privacy. Perched between greenery and granite or bordering the beach, and spread over three pavilions in a private garden space, each villa blends into the landscape and indulges with luxury and design. A private infinity pool, sunken outdoor bath, oversized glass sliding doors, a glass-walled rainforest shower and bespoke design-touches inspire but never distract from rosé pink sunsets and cerulean seas.
The 13 Ocean Panoramic villas climb throughout the hilly gardens and look out onto bay, beach and ocean. 17 Signature Villas not only benefit from enhanced MAIA luxury touches such as late checkouts and private yoga sessions, but are positioned with a choice of either sweeping ocean panoramas or hidden in the gardens with direct beach access.
Private villa luxuries like Hermès and Bose elevate comfort beyond the ordinary, while time-stopping sunset views, a private infinity pool, sunken outdoor bath and Bill Bensley design ensures seclusion and a oneness-with-nature that is unashamedly MAIA. Villas are settled between gigantic granite boulders in gold-awarded flower and spice filled gardens. MAIA is a place of sense-awakening jasmine and frangipani of Cristal and Dom Perignon.

With an array of international influences, the chefs each bring a flair to the dining experience. A mix of Asian, Indian, Mediterranean and Creole cuisine all meld together in a symphony of taste.
